Thank you for registering your clubber for Awana at CDOBC for the 25/26 season. This year Awana clubs is a flat fee of $65/clubber or $190 for a family with 3+ clubbers. This covers all club fees and materials, including book and uniform.

As a parent or guardian, I hereby give permission for my child(ren) to attend and participate in Awana activities at Canyon Del Oro Bible Church (CDOBC), Tucson, Arizona. I will not hold CDOBC, the ministers, or volunteers liable for an accident or injury resulting from VBS activities. I do herewith authorize the first aid treatment, to include advanced first aid, by medical emergency for the minor(s) on this registration.
